Multi-server Support

Connect every server in your network and monitor them from one dashboard.

StaffHQ supports multiple Minecraft servers under a single account. Each server runs its own plugin instance and reports independently to the dashboard. You can view data per server or aggregate across your entire network depending on the page.

Connecting a new server

Each server needs its own plugin API key. Keys are per-server so that one compromised server cannot affect the others. To generate a key:

  1. Open Settings -> Servers in the dashboard.
  2. Click "Add server" and give it a name.
  3. Copy the generated API key.
  4. Paste the key into the staffhq.config.yml file on that server, then run /staffhq reload in-game or in the console. The new key takes effect immediately. A full restart is only needed when you swap the plugin jar.

The server will appear in the dashboard within a few seconds of the plugin connecting. If it does not appear, check the plugin log for connection errors and verify the API key is correct.

Note
API keys are shown once at generation time. Store the key in your config immediately. If you lose it, generate a new one from Settings → Servers. The old key stops working as soon as a replacement is issued.

Server switcher

The server switcher sits at the bottom of the left sidebar. Selecting a server filters all per-server pages (chat logs, punishments, anti-cheat flags, staff activity, TPS, and memory) to show only data from that server. The switcher label always shows which server you are currently viewing.

Some pages aggregate across all servers regardless of the switcher. Player profiles pull activity from every server the player has connected to. The staff leaderboard and analytics overview also show network-wide totals by default, with a server filter available in the page controls.

TPS and memory metrics

TPS and memory are reported per server. When a specific server is selected in the switcher, the performance panel shows that server's metrics only. On the network overview page, each server's current TPS and memory are shown side by side so you can spot which server is under load at a glance.

Server cap by tier

The Pro tier supports up to five connected servers. If you need more, the Custom tier has no fixed cap. You can check your current usage and upgrade from Settings → Subscription.
